  • 1 cup Green peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Onions (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 pound Ground sausage
  • 16 oz Penna pasta
  • 7 oz Pepperoni
  • 24 oz Pizza sauce
  • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning


  1. Add green peppers and onion to a warm skillet an cook until tender. Add garlic and sausage and cook until sausage is fully cooked.
  2. Cook penna pasta and drain.
  3. Add cooked sausage and veggies to your cooked pasta. Add pepperoni and pizza sauce and mix well.

  4. Add your casserole into a large casserole dish and then top with shredded cheese and sprinkle on Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
