Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion (diced)
  • 1 cup Carrots (diced)
  • 1 cup Elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Colby jack cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Start by coking and crumbling your ground beef in a large pot. Drain fat and return to stove top. Add onions and carrots and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.

  2. Add all seasoning to the cooked beef and tender veggies. Add in elbow macaroni then chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover. Cook for 6-8 minutes until pasta is tender. 

  3. Add in heavy cream and shredded cheese. Mix well until cheese is melted and smooth.
