Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese and butter into a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to beat together until smooth.
  • Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract until combined. Last use a spatula to mix in ¾ cup of mini chocolate chips.
  • Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
  • Unwrap chilled cheese ball. Layout remaining chocolate chips and roll cheese ball in chocolate chips to coat the outside. Serve or place back in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

Tip: Do not over mix with the electric mixer as you do not want it to become too runny. Just mix well and until smooth, but not so fast and long it gets soupy.
