Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Whole Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (plus more for topping)
  • ½ Cup Strong Coffee
  • Whipped Cream for Serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the milk, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to a small boiler and whisk together. Heat the mixture over low heat, whisking often until the milk simmers and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the hot coffee to a cup or mug. Pour the pumpkin and milk mixture into the coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

This makes one serving but can be multiplied to make as many servings as needed. Any leftover milk and pumpkin mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
