I LOVE buffalo chicken. This recipe is so simple and so full of flavor. This Baked Buffalo Chicken baked in the oven and made with a simple homemade sauce.

  • 4 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce (more to taste)


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray then set aside.
  • Place chicken in your baking dish. Season chicken breast with ranch seasoning.
  • Melt butter and hot sauce in a saucepan on the stovetop. Mix until well combined.
  • Brush about ¾ of your buffalo sauce onto your chicken. Saving the remaining for after baking.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Time will vary depending on the size of your chicken breast.
  • Remove chicken from the oven and serve with the remaining buffalo sauce.


  • Tip: Making your own sauce is simple and tastes great. If you have a favorite sauce already you can use that instead of making your own.
