- 2 pounds chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- 1 oz au jus gravy mix
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 whole pepperoncinis
Place chicken breast into your slow cooker. Sprinkle on au jus gravy mix and dry ranch seasoning mix.
Next place unsalted butter and pepperoncini on to seasoned chicken and place the lid onto the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Use a fork to shred your chicken then serve.
Storage and Reheating
Fridge: Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Freezer: Once finished cooking, allow the meal to fully cool. Place in a freezer safe container or Ziplock bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheating: Stovetop over low heat or microwave in intervals, stirring in a splash of water or broth if the sauce has thickened.
