Add beef stir fry to your slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the beef.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.
Add broccoli florets, then continue cooking on low for 30 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds.
