Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 4 cups red potatoes (washed, semi peeled, and cubed )
  • 12 oz mixed veggies (frozen)
  • ½ medium onion (chopped)
  • 21 oz cans cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
  • cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz grands biscuits

Instructions

  • Add your chicken breast to your slow cooker with cubed red potatoes, mixed veggies and chopped onion. 
  • In a separate bowl add cream of chicken soup with chicken broth and all seasoning. Whisk together then pour over your ingredients in the slow cooker.  
  • Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender. 
  • Shred chicken and prepare biscuits according to package directions. Serve with biscuits on top and enjoy.
