- 1.5 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 4 cups red potatoes (washed, semi peeled, and cubed )
- 12 oz mixed veggies (frozen)
- ½ medium onion (chopped)
- 21 oz cans cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz grands biscuits
Add your chicken breast to your slow cooker with cubed red potatoes, mixed veggies and chopped onion.
