- 3-4 pound chuck roast
- ½ medium yellow onion (sliced)
- 10 oz sliced pepperoncini pepper (sliced)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 0.6 oz zesty Italian seasoning (1 packet)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Hoagie buns for serving
Add chuck roast to your slow cooker with sliced onion and sliced pepperoncini pepper.
Add beef broth to a separate bowl and add in all seasonings. Whisk together then pour over ingredients in your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours until beef is tender and cooked through. Shred and serve on hoagie buns.
