Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound chuck roast
  • ½ medium yellow onion (sliced)
  • 10 oz sliced pepperoncini pepper (sliced)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 0.6 oz zesty Italian seasoning (1 packet)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Hoagie buns for serving

Instructions

  • Add chuck roast to your slow cooker with sliced onion and sliced pepperoncini pepper. 
  • Add beef broth to a separate bowl and add in all seasonings. Whisk together then pour over ingredients in your slow cooker. 
  • Cook on low for 8 hours until beef is tender and cooked through. Shred and serve on hoagie buns.
