- 1 pound chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup sweet orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Optional: Serve over cooked white rice
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix.
Allow to cook on high for 4-5 hours or in low for 6-7 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Use a fork to lightly shred chicken into small bite-size pieces. Top onto cooked rice and serve.
How to serve Slow Cooker Orange Chicken:
I made white rice to go with my Slow Cooker Orange Chicken, but you could use fried rice or lo-mien noodles. Jasmine or Basmati Rice are my favorite.
