Notes

Can I freeze this soup?
Yes, this soup is really simple to freeze. Cook the recipe as per instructions, except do not add the noodles.
The noodles will get too soggy over time being frozen. Once it's done allow it to cool completely then add it to a large freezer bag or into individual bags or freezer safe containers for a single serving.
Keep in the freezer for 3-4 months.
Reheating Instructions:
If frozen, allow thawing in the fridge then reheat in the stovetop or microwave.
Once your soup is hot, add your noodles to the recipe and cook for about 10 minutes to get the noodles ready.
