Servings: 20 pieces
- 16 oz classic peanut butter (1 jar)
- 16 oz chocolate frosting (1 container)
Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper. Make sure you leave some overhang; this will help you remove the fudge later.
Place classic peanut butter and chocolate frosting into a microwave safe bowl.
Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes stopping every 30 seconds to mix.
Pour melted peanut butter and chocolate frosting into your prepared baking dish. Place in the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.
Once fudge is firm use the overhang of parchment paper to remove from the baking dish then slice to serve.
Cooking Tip: Make sure to stop every 30 seconds or the fudge could burn if cooked longer without a rest.
How to store fudge:
Fudge is best stored in an air-tight container with parchment paper separating the layers if there are any that need to be stacked.
You can store the fudge on the counter or in the refrigerator. Fudge will last about 7-10 days.
