There may not be an easier dessert recipe ever, than this 2 Ingredient Fudge. Yes, made with two ingredients, peanut butter and a "secret" ingredient to give it that fudgy goodness!

Yes, just a couple weeks ago I introduced you all to my Microwave Fudge made with 3 ingredients!

Well, I have made another, even easier microwave fudge! My 2 Ingredient Fudge is so good and made with only 2 ingredients it's even easier than my 3 Ingredient Fudge!

This recipe tastes just like a Classic Peanut Butter Fudge and is just as amazing! I know you will love this recipe!

How to make 2 Ingredient Fudge:

This fudge is made really simply. All you need to do is add your peanut butter and the "secret" ingredient, chocolate frosting, to a large microwave safe bowl.

Give it a good mix, and then melt in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Stop every 30 seconds to mix it up.

Be care not to let it burn and be careful when removing the bowl as it will be very hot!

Spread into a square or rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper to prevent the fudge from sticking to the sides.

Refrigerate for 2 hours, and then remove and cut into square bites. Enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    • Creamy Peanut Butter
    • Chocolate Frosting - I used Betty Crocker's brand, but you can use any brand you like or have on hand.

the 2 ingredients for the fudge.

    Directions:

Step One - Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper. Make sure you leave some overhang; this will help you remove the fudge later.

Step Two - Place classic peanut butter and chocolate frosting into a microwave safe bowl.

adding the 2 ingredients to a large bowl.

Step Three - Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes stopping every 30 seconds to mix.

    • Cooking Tip: Make sure to stop every 30 seconds or the fudge could burn if cooked longer without a rest.

mixing the ingredients together in large bowl.

Step Four - Pour melted peanut butter and chocolate frosting into your prepared baking dish. Place in the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.

spreading fudge in parchment covered baking dish.

Step Five - Once fudge is firm use the overhang of parchment paper to remove from the baking dish then slice to serve.

    Melting Tips

You could use the stovetop and melt the two ingredients together in a pot, but I took the easy way out and just popped it in the microwave for a few seconds.

If you are making this on the stovetop the directions wouldn't change at all.

All you would change is mixing and melting in a saucepan, not a microwave-safe bowl.

    How to store fudge:

Fudge is best stored in an air-tight container with parchment paper separating the layers if there are any that need to be stacked.

You can store the fudge on the counter or in the refrigerator. Fudge will last about 7-10 days.
