These Sweet Potato Fries make the perfect side dish! Baked with the perfect seasonings and served with ketchup. I couldn't think of anything better.

- 2 pounds Sweet Potato
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into even fry or wedge sizes. Preheat the oven too 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Place peeled and cut sweet potatoes into a large bowl. Add in oil and toss to coat.
In a separate bowl whisk all seasonings. Add this to potatoes and toss again to coat. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Cook for 20-25 minutes flipping half way thought. Time will vary on how thick your potatoes are sliced so keep an eye on them and allow to cook until tender.
- Tip: For a crispier fry, preheat your baking sheet in the oven before adding the fries to the sheet pan.
