Brownies:
- 1 box Pillsbury™ Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 Egg
- ¼ tsp Peppermint extract
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 8 tbsp Butter softened
- ½ tsp Peppermint extract
- 3 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 bag White Peppermint M&M’S® for topping. use how much or how little you want
In a mixing bowl mix together brownie mix with water, oil, eggs, and peppermint extract. Please note what your brownies call for on the box. Bake according to package directions. Remove brownies from oven and allow to cool completely.
In a stand mixer or in a large bowl using a hand mixer. Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add peppermint extract and powdered sugar and continue to whip together.
Add peppermint cream cheese frosting to the brownies and top with White Peppermint M&M’S®.
