Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen corn
  • 2 oz Canned jalapeƱos (diced, or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare corn according to package directions. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Chill in the refrigerate, serve and enjoy!
