- 4 pounds chicken wings
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees then prepare a baking sheet with alumni foil and a baking rack.
Pat chicken wings dry and set aside. Whisk together flour with salt and pepper then place in a shallow bowl and roll each chicken wing in the flour.
Place prepared chicken onto your baking rack. Once all chicken is coated with flour spray them all with your cooking spray.
Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
Brush on or toss in buffalo sauce on your fully cooked wings and allow to sit for 5-8 minutes before serving.
Is there a difference between a chicken wing and a buffalo wing?
Typically a chicken wing consists of the entire wing area from the joint to the tip. Buffalo wings are the smaller portions of the whole wing, so the drum and the flat.
