  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 15 oz Corn
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 1/2 cup JalapeƱos (canned and diced)
  • 15 oz Black beans
  • 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Beef broth


  1. In a large pot cook ground beef, crumbling and stir occasionally until browned. Drain fat and return to stove top.

  2. Add corn, salsa, jalapeƱos, black beans, and taco seasoning to the pot with ground beef and mix together. 

  3. Add broth and allow to cook on medium heat for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Optional: Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and fresh diced cilantro.
