  • 1 box Brownie mix and ingredients listed on box

  • 8 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Candy Topping:

  • 2 cups Snickers (or candy bar of choice) (chopped)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Different boxes may call for different items and cooking time. Prepare brownie mix according to box directions and cook with given instructions.

  1. Using a standing mixer (or hand mixer and mixing bowl) cream together the cream cheese and the sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition to combine.

  2. Fold in chocolate chips. Then pour the batter onto the brownies.

  3. Bake at 300 degrees until the cheesecake is just beginning to turn golden around the edges. Check to make sure the cheesecake doesn't jiggle in the center. (About 30-40 minutes)

  4. Cool the bars on the counter for 20 minutes then cover and place in the refrigerator until completely chilled.

Chocolate Ganache:

  1. Using a double boiler combine the heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips and melt on medium heat.

  2. Using a whisk, gradually mix the chocolate ganache until melted. The ganache will start to become slightly thick.

  3. Let the ganache cool to room temperature. Scoop the ganache into a piping bag. Drizzle the ganache on top of the cheesecake.

  4. Top the bars with chopped candy and drizzle on more of your ganache. Serve and enjoy!
