  • 1 pound Red potatoes
  • 1 pound Fresh green beans
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Wash and diced potatoes. Place in a large mixing bowl with green beans. Pour in oil and seasonings and toss to mix. Pour onto the prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve and enjoy.
