  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 15.25 oz canned corn
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 10 oz rotel
  • 15 oz canned black beans (rinsed)
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth


  1. In a large pot cook and crumble ground beef. Once cooked drain fat. 

  2. All the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and allow to shimmer for 20 minutes. 

  3. Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
