This is one of my favorite soup recipes! My Taco Soup has been a hit with my readers with wonderful reviews. I deiced to make a simple version that can be done in 30 minutes or less. I know some night just get busy and an easy dinner is a must. My entire family loves this recipe and I think you will love it just as much. We topped our withs with sour cream, shredded cheese, and even some fresh cilantro. You can add any of your favorite taco toppings on it. How to make 30 Minutes Taco Soup:
- In a large pot cook and crumble ground beef.
- Once cooked drain fat.
- All the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and allow to shimmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
Should I drain the cans?
For this recipe I only drained and rinsed the black beans. I added the entire cans of corn and Rotel. If you want to drain them then add in an addition 1/2 cup of broth.

- 15.25 oz canned corn
- 16 oz salsa
- 10 oz rotel
- 15 oz canned black beans (rinsed)
- 1 oz taco seasoning
