I love taco recipes! I make a taco style recipe at least once a week and love adding my homemade taco seasoning. This Easy Homemade Taco Seasoning is made with simple seasonings you probably already have in your pantry.
Easy Homemade Taco Seasoning
Taco Tuesday? More like taco every day at my house! I am not kidding when I say that I could eat taco flavored something every day. This Easy Homemade Taco Seasoning makes it even easier for me to do so! I love the real taste it has and I make a larger serving to last me through several recipes.
Making Taco Seasoning:
Making taco season is really easy. Just add all of the seasonings to a small mixing bowl and whisk together with a fork to combine them all. That is it! This recipe makes about 18 servings at about 1 tablespoon per serving.
Storing Taco Seasoning:
To store this you want to place it in an airtight container and in your pantry.
Here are a few of my favorite taco recipes that I use this seasoning for:
- 2 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoon garlic (I used dried minced but garlic powder would also work)
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Place all seasonings into a container and use a fork to mix together. Place in an airtight container and store in a dry place.
