- 1 pound ground beef
- 15.25 oz canned corn
- 16 oz salsa
- 10 oz rotel
- 15 oz canned black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
In a large pot cook and crumble ground beef. Once cooked drain fat.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and allow to shimmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
Should I drain the cans?
For this recipe I only drained and rinsed the black beans. I added the entire cans of corn and Rotel. If you want to drain them then add in an addition 1/2 cup of broth.
