Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm oil in a large skillet and add in green beans to cook on medium heat. 

  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together all remaining ingredients. Pour this over green beans and cook until green beans are tender. 

  3. Serve warm and topped with sesame seeds.
