Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Add chicken to the slow cooker. Mix all remaining ingredients together with the pour over chicken in slow cooker. 

  2. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through. 

    Optional: serve on rice and garnished with cilantro.
