Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 21 oz cheddar cheese soup (I used two cans at 10.5 oz each)
  • 14.5 oz petit diced tomates
  • 15.25 oz corn
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender. 

  2. Remove chicken and shredded then add back to the soup. Mix well and serve. 

    Optional: serve topped with shredded cheese and diced cilantro.
