This Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup is made in the slow cooker and full of cheesy goodness! I used just a few simple ingredients and it all cooked together in the slow cooker until done.

Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup

This Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup was inspired from my Beef Nacho Soup recipe. It’s pretty similar but this once is made with chicken, made in the slow cooker, and has a lot more cheese! The more cheese the better. I love the simple  ingredients and full flavor that the soup has and I hope you enjoy it just as much.

How to make Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup:

Step one: Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook until chicken is cooked through and tender.

Step two: Remove chicken and shredded then add back to the soup. Mix well and serve.

Serving Optional:

I served mine topped with shredded cheese and diced cilantro. You can also serve it with tortilla chips or homemade tortilla chips.

Can I add beans?

I get this question a lot and the simple answer is, yes! You can of course add anything you like to the recipe but we prefer it as a more simple cheese soup.

If you are are going to add them you can go with a black bean or a navy bean.
