This Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage is an entire meal in your slow cooker. I added carrots, potatoes, and cabbage to all cook together. It's simple to make and has so much flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pounds corned beef and spice packet
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 pound yellow potatoes (diced)
  • ½ cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 cup beef broth (low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Place corned beef in your slow cooker and season with spice packet. 
  • On top of your beef place carrots, yellow potatoes, and cabbage. Add in beef broth. 
  • Place minced garlic, butter, salt, and pepper on top of the cabbage. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until beef is cooked through. Slice and serve.
