Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
This Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage is an entire meal in your slow cooker. I added carrots, potatoes, and cabbage to all cook together. It's simple to make and has so much flavor in every bite.

- 3-4 pounds corned beef and spice packet
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 pound yellow potatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cabbage (chopped)
- 1 cup beef broth (low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Place corned beef in your slow cooker and season with spice packet.
On top of your beef place carrots, yellow potatoes, and cabbage. Add in beef broth.
Place minced garlic, butter, salt, and pepper on top of the cabbage. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until beef is cooked through. Slice and serve. (Note: my slow cooker only took 5 hours for my beef to reach temperature)
