Baked Crack Chicken is similar to Crack Chicken Dip, in that it is chicken covered and smothered in cream cheese, bacon, ranch, and other spices to make an irresistible dinner you will want to eat all the time!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken breast (3-4 boneless and skinless breast)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ¾ cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 5 or 6slices)
  • 1 oz dry ranch mix seasoning
  • ½ cup green onions (sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Optional: Pound chicken as needed to ensure all chicken breast are the same size so they can cook evenly.
  • Place chicken in your prepared casserole dish and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a small mixing bowl place softened cream cheese, ¾ cup shredded cheese, cooked bacon, and ranch seasoning. Mix well then spread onto chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheese onto your chicken.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe temperature. Baking time can vary depending on the size of your chicken.
  • Remove from oven and serve topped with sliced green onions.
