This Crack Chicken has become all the craze lately. Everyone loves it, and it can be made so many ways!

This recipe is for my Baked Crack Chicken, but I have made Crack Chicken Dip and Crack Chicken Casserole as well!

This recipe is easy to make and goes great with a ton of different side dishes. I love to serve this with a salad, Roasted Vegetables or some Air Fryer Broccoli.

How to make Baked Crack Chicken:

This recipe is really easy to make. Prepare a baking dish for the chicken breasts. Season the chicken and place them in the baking dish.

Prepare the Crack topping! Spread the topping on your chicken breasts evenly in the baking dish.

Bake for about 25 minutes and serve with the side dish of your choice.

    Ingredients:

    • Chicken Breasts - Boneless and skinless breasts
    • Seasoning -  I used onion Powder, garlic Powder, salt, and pepper
    • Cream Cheese - Softened to room temperature.
    • Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
    • Bacon - Cooked and Crumbled. Use my Oven Baked Bacon recipe for this.
    • Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
    • Green Onions - Sliced

ingredients for baked crack chicken breasts.

    Directions:

Step One - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    • Optional: Pound chicken as needed to ensure all chicken breast are the same size so they can cook evenly.

    seasoning the chicken before baking.

Step Two - Place chicken in your prepared casserole dish and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step Three - In a small mixing bowl place softened cream cheese, ¾ cup shredded cheese, cooked bacon, and ranch seasoning. Mix well then spread onto chicken breast.

    mixing together the crack ingredients.

Step Four - Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheese onto your chicken.

chicken covered with the crack topping before baking.

Step Five - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe temperature.

Baking time can vary depending on the size of your chicken.

Step Six - Remove from oven and serve topped with sliced green onions.
