Reese's Pie

Jennie Duncan
This Reese's Pie is the perfect easy to make dessert. So rich but light and fluffy at the same time, the melted Reese's Cups in this pie give it such a creamy chocolate and peanut butter filling.

  • 6 oz chocolate pie crust

Instructions

  • Place unwrapped Reese's miniature cups in a microwave safe bowl and melt 30 seconds at a time stirring between until melted.
  • To your bowl with melted Reese's add thawed whipped topping and softened cream cheese. Use an electric hand mixer to cream together. Once blended spoon into your pie crust.

  • Optional: for serving top with chocolate syrup and diced Reese's minis.

Notes

Use any kind of Reese's Cup or Candy you like: Reese's Cups are my favorite for this, and you can try the white chocolate ones if you prefer! Reese's Pieces won't work as well, but you could use a Fast Break Bar or some of the holiday Reese's like Easter Eggs or Christmas Trees.
Try another crust:  Some readers have said they used an Oreo cookie crust or a graham cracker crust.
Garnish: I used extra mini-Reese's cups chopped up to use as garnish.
