Grinch Punch

Grinch Punch

Jennie Duncan
This Grinch Punch is a holiday twist to a classic sherbet-based punch. It is refreshing and tart because of the lime sherbet and pineapple juice. Line the rim with some red sprinkles for a little more festive fun!

Ingredients

  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda
  • 46 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 quarts lime sherbet
  • red sanding sugar or red sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl and stir.
  • Place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
  • Optional: Dip the rim of your glass in water then into the red sanding sugar or red sprinkles. You can also serve with just adding red sprinkles to the top.

Notes

Try these variations to the Grinch Punch:
Hawaiian Punch - Replace the pineapple juice with green Hawaiian Punch. This will give you a brighter green color, and still keep the fruity taste.
Ginger Ale - This is a great alternative to Sprite. It will give the punch a slightly different taste due to the ginger flavor, but will still be just as refreshing.
