This Rotisserie Chicken Casserole is the perfect quick dinner recipe. Made with a juicy rotisserie chicken and topped with buttery Ritz crackers, everyone will love this casserole!
Pull apart Rotisserie chicken from bones and skin. Shred chicken meat and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Mix Rotisserie chicken with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and seasonings. Add to the bottom of your prepared casserole dish.
Top your casserole with crushed crackers and melted butter.
Place in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
