brussel sprouts

tablespoons
oil
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt
(or to taste)

teaspoon
pepper
(or to taste)
Instructions
Trim the base of your Brussel sprouts and then slice in half. Then place all prepared Brussel sprout into a bowl.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
Add oil and seasonings to your Brussel sprouts. Mix to coat then place them in your preheated air fryer basket.
Cook for 5 minutes then remove the basket and shake. Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the basket and serve. Depending on the size of your Brussel sprouts you may need to cook for an additional 2-4 minutes.
Optional: you can serve them topped with parmesan cheese.

To preheat the air fryer all you have to do it place the basket empty in the air fryer and turn it on for about 10 minutes.
