All-Purpose Slow Cooker Chicken

We serve this shredded chicken with so many of our meals that I had to share it with you all. Making this All Purpose Slow Cooker Chicken was a time saver for quick meal prep and easy dinners!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then pour in chicken broth.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. I used thawed chicken, add more time for frozen chicken.
  • Use two forks to shred. Add to dishes or allow to cool and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
