Ingredients

Chicken Salad:

  • 3 cups chicken (skinned and shredded)
  • 1 large apple (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup Pecans (chopped)

Dressing:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Chicken Salad:

  • Place chicken, dried cranberries, apples, and pecans into a large mixing bowl and toss together.

Dressing:

  • Mix all dressing ingredients together well. Then pour over chicken salad and mix until chicken salad is evenly coated.
