- 4 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (more to taste)
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray then set aside.
Place chicken in your baking dish. Season chicken breast with ranch seasoning.
Melt butter and hot sauce in a saucepan on the stovetop. Mix until well combined.
Brush about 3/4 of your buffalo sauce onto your chicken. Saving the remaining for after baking.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Time will vary depending on the size of your chicken breast.
Remove chicken from the oven and serve with the remaining buffalo sauce.
- Tip: Making your own sauce is simple and tastes great. If you have a favorite sauce already you can use that instead of making your own.
- Tip: The nutrition facts are for if you use and eat all of the sauce.
