Servings: 10 servings
- 10 oz pasta (rotini)
- 12.5 oz chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1/4 cup green onion (diced)
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run cold water over the pasta to cool then set aside.
To cooked and cooled pasta add cooked and shredded chicken, green onions, celery, carrots, and blue cheese.
In a separate mixing bowl whisk together buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour this into pasta and toss with all ingredients until well coated.
Chill for 1 hour or serve warm.
- Tip: Running pasta under cold water will help your pasta from sticking together and help the cheese you add not to melt.
