Start by preparing your stuffing according to boxed instructions and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Add cooked and shredded chicken, cubed ham, and frozen broccoli, with cream of chicken soup, milk, dijon mustard, and seasoning to a mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined and add to your prepare casserole dish.
