Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix (6 oz box)
  • 1.5 pounds cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cooked and cubed ham
  • 10 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Start by preparing your stuffing according to boxed instructions and set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. 
  • Add cooked and shredded chicken, cubed ham, and frozen broccoli, with cream of chicken soup, milk, dijon mustard, and seasoning to a mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined and add to your prepare casserole dish.
  • Top with sliced swiss cheese then prepared stuffing. Place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
