Chipotle Mayo is the perfect dipping sauce for fries, tacos or a variety of other foods. Smokey and a little heat from the chipotles, this creamy sauce is excellent!

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Chipotle Chilies from Can
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo Sauce from Can
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- This mayo has a medium heat. If you would like to increase the heat add ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper or use spicy paprika. To decrease the heat use less of the adobo sauce from the can and/or less chipotle peppers.
- If you do not have honey on hand you can substitute with Karo syrup.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze, as mayo will separate when frozen.
