- 1 pound ground sausage
- 6 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions (diced)
Cook and crumble ground sausage in a large pot. Once cooked drain fat.
Add in coleslaw mix and season with minced garlic, ground ginger, and soy sauce. Cook until coleslaw mix is tender.
Serve topped with green onions. Optional: garnish with sesame seeds.
- Tip: I love the flavors this ground pork sausage gives this recipe. You could also use ground beef, turkey, or chicken.
