Grilled Buffalo Chicken

This Grilled Buffalo Chicken is my favorite thing to make on the grill. Nothing beats a grilled juicy chicken breast covered in an easy homemade buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (more to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat grill on medium/low then mix together salt and garlic powder and lightly rub on each chicken breast.
  • Grill for 15-20 minutes filling once or twice when cooking. Grill until chicken is cooked through and at a safe temperature. 
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan and add hot sauce. Mix until well combined. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
  • Brush sauce onto each chicken breast then serve.

Notes

  • Tip: Grilling low and slow will help your chicken not become dry. Cooking on a medium to low heat until chicken is cooked through.
