This Grilled Buffalo Chicken is my favorite thing to make on the grill. Nothing beats a grilled juicy chicken breast covered in an easy homemade buffalo sauce. This recipe is perfect on its own or sliced for salad, wraps, or even a fun new taco.

    Buffalo Chicken Recipe:

I can't even tell y'all how much I love buffalo chicken. It's my all-time favorite way to season chicken and I've made it in so many forms. From soups to dips I could eat it buffalo chicken anything!

For this recipe, I very simply season then grill my chicken. On the stove top, I make my own buffalo sauce. You could get a premade buffalo sauce but making your own is so easy to make and it tastes amazing.

How to make Grilled Buffalo Chicken:

Step one: Start by seasoning your chicken and preheating your grill. Mix together salt and garlic powder and lightly rub on each chicken breast.

Step two: Grill for 15-20 minutes filling once or twice when cooking. Grill until chicken is cooked through and at a safe temperature.

    • Tip: Grilling low and slow will help your chicken not become dry. Cooking on a medium to low heat until chicken is cooked through.

Step three: Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan and add hot sauce. Mix until well combined. Pour into a large mixing bowl.

Step four: Brush sauce onto each chicken breast then serve.

    Serving Options:

This recipe is perfect to dice for salad, make a wrap, or even a taco topped with lettuce and blue cheese. I love just serving it as is with a few of my favorite side dishes. Here are some sides to check out to serve with this buffalo chicken.
