Notes

What is the difference between Salsa and Pico de Gallo?
One thing that salsa and Pico de Gallo have in common is the ingredients.
Salsa is made with the same ingredients blended pretty smooth.
Pico de Gallo keeps the ingredients chunky and diced.
Sometimes salsa is stewed or cooked before blending to give it a nice roasted flavor.
