Pink Lemonade Recipe

Nothing beats an ice cold drink on a hot summer day. This Pink Lemonade Recipe is perfect for cooling down in the summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 5 Cups Water Divided
  • 1 ¼ Cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Cran-Raspberry Juice

Instructions

  • Add sugar, and 2 cups of water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sit syrup to the side to cool to room temperature before continuing.
  • Once cool, pour the syrup into a large pitcher.
  • Add lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher.
  • Pour in the Cran-Raspberry Juice and mix well.

Tips for Pink Lemonade:
  1. You will need about 10 lemons for this recipe.
  2. You can use any strong red juice to make the lemonade pink. Cranberry juice works great!
  3. Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
