This Black Bean Hummus is all made in the blender with just a few simple ingredients. I love to serve mine topped with red pepper flakes and tortilla chips or raw veggies for dipping.
Drain and rinse beans. Add beans to a blender. Add garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until you get the desired consistency.
Serve with veggies or tortilla chips!Optional: I garnished mine with dried red pepper flacks.
Notes
Tip: If you use Chickpeas you would have a traditional Hummus.
