Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • ¼ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon parsley (dried)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breast in a large baggie. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour into bag with chicken. Seal and massage chicken until coated with the marinade. Place in the fridge overnight or cook immediately
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken in a dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Once cooked allow to rest for 5 minutes then serve. 

Notes

Cooking Time Tip:

Time may vary depending in the size of your chicken breast. For small chicken breast check the temperature around 20 minutes. Chicken should be over 165 degrees F before eating.
