  • 4 breast Chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken breast in a foil-lined pan and pour above mixed marinade on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
